We have use of two buildings on almost 17 acres of land. The main building serves in part as headquarters for the Upper Triad Association and has about 5,300 square feet of finished living space, including seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, an office, a library, and meeting rooms. On the upper level, accommodations include a master bedroom with private bathroom, a guest bedroom with private bathroom, and two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the lower ( walk-out basement ) level, accommodations consist of a two-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The fifth bathroom is on the main level. A seventh bedroom is in the finished attic.

Walking trails have been developed throughout the acreage and especially along the stream which runs for approximately 1,600 feet along one property boundary. A number of benches have been placed along the stream. Most of the land is wooded. The non-wooded areas will be landscaped with flower gardens. Brookside Gardens Retreat is able to host small groups for facilitated and non-facilitated retreats.
